Malthi is a child development and education management expert with a career spanning over four decades. She has designed and implemented several student and teacher development programs for schools across Mumbai, Pune and Bengaluru. She has been a proponent of life skills based education in schools and has conducted a number of skills development workshops and programs for students, teachers and parents. Malthi holds a Masters degree in applied psychology, diploma in training and development, education management and certificate in counselling techniques.

Vaishali is a theatre practitioner, drama educator & entrepreneur. She has performed in several theatre productions with Actor Factor Theatre Company. She founded Joy Of Drama in 2015, a fast growing drama and life skills training organization with centres across India and a number of successful online programs.​
Vaishali is one of the few theatre practitioners who have trained extensively in both the traditional and the contemporary forms. In addition to training under the Manipuri physical theatre masters Sabitri Devi and Late Heisnam Kanhailal, she has formally trained in Drama & Speech and has subsequently been awarded the ‘Associate of Trinity College London – (ATCL) Diploma with Distinction’ and 'Licentiate of Trinity College London - (LTCL) Diploma with Merit' in Speech & Drama and Performance Arts respectively. She has attended the Shakespeare Summer School at the Royal Academy Of Dramatic Art (RADA), London and completed the Professional Development Program in Drama-In-Education at the University Of Dublin, Ireland.

Sapna Khajuria

Sapna Khajuria is a corporate lawyer by training and experience. She graduated from the National Law School Bangalore and received a post graduate degree from the University of London. She has worked at a law firm and a start up and is currently seeking a new path.
She is a mom to 14 year old twin boys and 2 dogs. She is a part of the parent teacher body of her sons' school and was a part of a parent-teacher collaborative theatre production. She is a fan of anything to do with the written word and public speaking. She has written on the theme of parenting for The Indian Express.

Better half of a fighter pilot ... definitely the fighter bit ! Mother to a 21 year old transiting into manhood but every bit my " boy" and an almost 16 year old girl with a mind of her own (gladly). But mostly a creative mind with an undying love for wood! My extension beyond my flesh and bones is my brand WBL by Meghna, which I nurture with as much love and dedication as my productions on two feet!!! A fauji kid and then a fauji wife ....life has moved on while constantly being on the move !
